Frank Samarin, M.D.Frank Samarin, M.D.

Dr. Samarin started Mountaintop Dermatology after separating from the United States Air Force in 2012. He had a vision of creating a small practice where he and his staff could make each and every person who walks in the door feel better when they left the office than when they walked in. His mission statement was created with much intentionality and is still the driving force of his practice today.
