Frank Samarin, MD
Dr. Samarin grew up in a small town just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He feels his most important jobs are being a husband and parenting his three children. In addition, he absolutely loves being a dermatologist. He earned his medical degree at MCP/Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. From there, he served as a flight surgeon for the United States Air Force. Subsequently, he completed a dermatology residency at Yale University. Dr. Samarin moved to Colorado Springs to serve as the dermatologist at the United States Air Force Academy. That is when he and his family fell in love with Colorado Springs and decided to make this wonderful community their home.
When not at work, Dr. Samarin loves to be outside as much as possible, hiking, mountain biking, or backpacking. He also enjoys playing pick-up basketball as well as rock climbing.
