I hadn't been to a dermatologist and was very happy with this facility. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming when I walked through the door and my visit continued that way. The medical assistant went over everything with me and I was given every opportunity to ask questions. They had already answered all my questions and concerns. Going to the doctor normally stresses me a bit and this place didn't at all. I appreciate the reminders on what to look for and will go back if I have any issues without hesitation.
Dr. Samarin and his office staff are absolutely the best! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have recommended Dr. Samarin to many of my friends. His bedside manner is very compassionate, and always with expert advice ! He has taken great care of myself and my husband. He is my dermatologist!!

I have been going to Mountaintop Dermatology for several years and I can never say I had a bad experience. The Doc. always takes care of my skin problems and as he does it he explains each step and answers any questions that I have. Both the Doc. and his staff treat you very well and all are extremely knowledgeable and have the answers to any questions regarding skin issues. They are a great bunch of folks who go out of their way to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend Mountain Dermatology to anyone.

Dr. Samarin, in addition to being a knowledgeable and thorough physician, supports and gives back to our community. He and his family help our homeless and poor. I support a physician who gives back to our community with his time, energy and money. He has some pictures in his waiting room of activities he and his family and staff are involved in.

After trying numerous dermatologist I finally found one that cared! Both myself and my daughter are new patients here and felt so comfortable and relieved that we finally got answers . I have had dermatologist in the past that just shrugged there shoulders and prescribed expensive meds that didn’t work. This doc actually listened , and truly cared and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable asking questions.
I was impressed. The doctor, medical assistant, and staff actually LISTEN to the patient and you are not on some assembly line, moving in and out as quickly as possible. They listen and the do not rush you. Your time there is about you and not simply cramming as many patients in there as possible for a greater profit.

I have been a patient since Dr. Samarin opened his practice and I have been thrilled with his practice. I have seen a couple of other dermatologists over the years and Dr. Samarin now gets all of my business and my husband's. He is a thoughtful diagnostician and has a great demeanor.

Dr. Samarin took time to explain my (completely benign) conditions which greatly reduced my anxiety - I went in thinking that I might have a skin condition/pre-cancer. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and professionalism.
Dr. Samarin is a great combination of detailed information, friendliness, and fun - my 11 yo daughter especially appreciated the lightheartedness he brought to her exam; it put her at ease and made the process completely un-intimidating for her.

The staff and Dr. Samarin are superb, top notch and very patient focused. They are well organized and operate beyond CDC measures. They all have their own tablets and focus on the patient. Take copious notes as to what the doctor is doing with the patient from the exam to removal of any potential nodes. This was my first visit and am sold on this practice and will certainly be a long -erm patient as a result of a liver transplant and the medications. Great job and kudos to the entire practice!
